1880 Philadelphia Census indicates Oliver C. Price, b. 1850, has father born in MD and mother born in PA--this matches John T. and Ann E. Price in the 1870 Census information, but not John's real mother, Sarah. Oliver's occupation is listed as house painter, residing in Philadelphia with wife Emily,7 years older, and son Howard H., 6, and Anna T., 4.
1900 Census: Residing in Phila., Ward 24, and working as a house painter with son Howard. Married 27 years. Emily, Howard and Anna in the household.
1910 Census: Same.
Home in 1913 was 4021 Spring St. in Phila.
1920 Census: Only Oliver and Howard are listed. Oliver is a painting contractor, listed as widower, 69, b. MD as were parents, and Howard, 45, b. PA and mother b. PA, is single and listed as a merchant in the paint industry. Location of his paint store was 3929 Lancaster Ave. in Phila. They do not appear in subsequent censuses.

Oliver married Emily H. Waltman Walton on Feb 27, 1873. (Emily H. Waltman Walton was born in Mar 1843 in PA, died on Sep 11, 1913 and was buried on Sep 15, 1913 in Westminster Cmtry, Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery, PA.)

Oliver next married Virginia Tate Cowan in 1924 in Ward 24, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. (Virginia Tate Cowan was born on Feb 9, 1884 in Philadelphia, Delaware, PA, died on Jan 1, 1972 in Philadelphia, Delaware, PA and was buried in Cowan Family plot, West Laurel Cmtry nr Westminster.)
