The infants Minnie and Edward are buried in Seaford, or at least their names are on the main tombstone. It doesn't make sense that the 1880 Census shows Wm and Annie living in PA, and Minnie and Edward dying in 1878 and 1879 in Seaford. So, they could be names only at the gravesite.
1900 Census (2 June) for Seaford Hundred: William, 56 (b. Oct. 1843), and Annie, 42 (b. Jun. 1857), were married 22 years. Census indicates Annie having 7 children with 5 living.
