First wf of Mitchell. Died at age 40-1-17. Hannah Jefferis, mother of William Jefferis Lank, was the daughter of Mary Clampitt Jefferis whose father, John Clampitt, was a private in the Revolutionary Army. This entitles his descendants to membership in the Sons or Daughters of the American Revolution. Another source has Hannah as dtr of Henry Jefferis and Amy Bennett.
Hannah married Mitchell Lank, son of Levin Lank Jr. and Susannah Dodd, on Jan 28, 1818. (Mitchell Lank was born on Jul 12, 1793, christened on Jan 12, 1794 in Lewes and Coolspring Presbyterian Church, Lewes, Sussex CO, DE and died on Apr 23, 1854.)
