General Notes: This picture was acquired from the estate papers of my grandfather, AJ Lank. I believe it was a daguerrotype -- picture materials sandwiched between two plates of glass. In my attempt to clean the dark spots, I removed the top glass and unexpectedly removed more picture materials. The wife is probably Ann. [HLP]
